Some leagues open the doors from players from different countries especially for good players, we all know that the best leagues in the world are the ones in Europe; its hard for a player of america to get to the best leagues in the world. But once a player gets in and shows good quality and skills they get more interest on the country so more players are drafted. Its just a matter to promote the talent and accessibility.
